Outlet Orion was created by Kasia (Kah-shah), aka me! I'm 26 years old, a Cancer, and my pronouns are they/them.

I'm an artist that operates in the Quad Cities area. My business started as an *outlet* from my day job as a school social worker and is named after my pup, *Orion*. His name is Oh-ryan after the constellation, not Or-eon after the small town in Illinois.

My goal with Outlet Orion is to celebrate diversity, acknowledge the toll our society has taken on our mental health, and initiate some difficult conversations. For example, "Wow. That sticker on your laptop is so interesting." "Thanks! We should fund public education so we aren't gatekeeping opportunities to learn as inherently for the wealthy, thus furthering white supremacy and fascism in the most basic sense!"

Cute, little, girly things like that... ;)

Really though, I want to celebrate elements of diversity, queerness, femininity, and nostalgia through my art - all for your advocacy and enjoyment!

Peace out, Girl Scout!

"I wanted to start a revolution, using art to build the sort of society I, myself, envisioned." - Yayoi Kusama
